The only "Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Center of Petrochemical High-end Valve Production Base" in China is located in Changtai Datong Mutual Benefit Group.

On the morning of January 4, 2018, "Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Center of High-end Valve Production Base in Petrochemical Industry" was established in Taida Tong Mutual Benefit Group Co., Ltd. This is the first time that the professional committee of Petrochemical Technology and Equipment of China Petroleum and Petrochemical Engineering Research Association awarded this honor to domestic valve industry enterprises by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
      
The awarding ceremony was attended by assistant chairman of the 11th China Petroleum and Petrochemical Engineering Research Association, former president of the Economic and Technological Research Institute of Sinopec Group Liu Junan, Secretary-General Dingwu, Vice-Chairman of Zhangzhou Development and Reform Commission Xu Jiantai, Standing Committee of Changtai County Committee, Executive Vice-Chairman Ye Shuishan, Director Xue Yihui of County Economic and Information Bureau, Director Ye of County Science and Technology Bureau, and County Development and Reform. Under the leadership of Lian Yixing, deputy director of the Bureau, Chen Renxing, member of the Zhengke Organizational Department of the County Party Committee, Cai Tianzhi, chairman of Datong Mutual Benefit Group, and Cai Tianshan, director of the Group, led the management of the company to attend the licensing ceremony.

During the licensing ceremony, President Liu Jun'an said that Datong Mutual Benefit Group successfully achieved the first domestic ultra-low temperature valve independent research and development, independent manufacturing, creating a domestic precedent, and gave full affirmation. Xu Jiantai, deputy director of Zhangzhou Development and Reform Commission, also indicated at the exchange meeting that Datong Mutual Benefit Group was rooted in Changtai County, which promoted the industrial development of Changtai County, gave priority to the industrial 4.0 advocated by the state and realized the 2025 smart factory made in China. Ye Shuishan, the executive vice-county governor, also expressed his willingness to help the development of Datong Mutual Benefit Group in Changtai and further promote the development of Datong Mutual Benefit Group.


After the meeting, Cai Tianshan, director of Datong Mutual Benefit Group, led the guests to visit Datong Intelligent Exhibition Hall, Intelligent Manufacturing Production Line, Valve Laboratory and Quality Inspection Center.

Since its establishment in 2014, Datong Mutual Benefit Group has actively integrated into the strategic deployment of "Made in China 2025". It attaches great importance to technological innovation, strives to improve the level of informatization and intellectualization, takes the lead in the new round of technological change, wins the initiative and realizes upgrading and development. Last year, it invested a huge amount of money to build the largest automatic valve intelligent manufacturing workshop of 18,000 square meters, with nearly 10 employees. It takes about 8 hours to complete the processing tasks of 1500 sets and maximize the production efficiency. Not only the labor cost is obviously reduced, but also the rate of good products can reach almost 100%. It has opened the production mode of industrial 4.0 and become the banner and benchmark of the development of Intelligent Manufacturing in the same industry. The valve products developed by the company are suitable for oil and gas, chemical industry, electric power, smelting and water industry, and have been exported to more than 30 countries and regions.
